磷酸肌酸钠联合常规药物治疗小儿肺炎并发心力衰竭的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨磷酸肌酸钠联合常规药物治疗小儿肺炎并发心力衰竭的疗效。方法选择我院64例2016年4月至2018年1月小儿肺炎并发心力衰竭患儿。随机分组,常规药物治疗组采取常规药物治疗,磷酸肌酸钠联合常规药物治疗组则采取磷酸肌酸钠联合常规药物治疗。比较两组小儿肺炎并发心力衰竭疗效;小儿肺炎并发心力衰竭相关症状消失的时间、咳嗽症状消失的时间、体温恢复正常的时间、恢复正常血常规的时间;治疗前后患儿心肌功能指标CK、CK-MB、LDH、肺功能指标FVC、FEV1、PEF;不良反应。结果磷酸肌酸钠联合常规药物治疗组小儿肺炎并发心力衰竭疗效、小儿肺炎并发心力衰竭相关症状消失的时间、咳嗽症状消失的时间、体温恢复正常的时间、恢复正常血常规的时间、心肌功能指标CK、CK-MB、LDH、肺功能指标FVC、FEV1、PEF相比较常规药物治疗组更好,P<0.05。磷酸肌酸钠联合常规药物治疗组和常规药物治疗组不良反应相似,P>0.05。结论磷酸肌酸钠联合常规药物治疗小儿肺炎并发心力衰竭效果确切。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of sodium phosphate combined with conventional drugs in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia with heart failure.Methods 64 cases of children with concurrent heart failure were selected from April 2016 to January 2018.Random group,conventional drug treatment group to take conventional drug treatment,sodium phosphate combined with conventional drug treatment group to use sodium phosphate combined with conventional drug treatment.To compare the effect of pneumonia with heart failure in two groups of children.The time when the symptoms of concurrent heart failure disappeared,the time when the cough symptoms disappeared,the time when the body temperature returned to normal,and the time when normal blood routine was restored;Myocardial function indicators CK,CK-MB,LDH,pulmonary function indicators FVC,FEV1,PEF before and after treatment;Adverse reactions.Results The efficacy of sodium creatine phosphate combined with conventional drug treatment group in children with pneumonia complicated with heart failure,the time when children with pneumonia complicated with heart failure-related symptoms disappeared,the time when cough symptoms disappeared,the time when body temperature returned to normal,the time when normal blood returned to normal,the time for myocardial function index,CK-MB,LDH,lung function indexes FVC,FEV1,PEF are better than the conventional drug treatment group,P<0.05.The adverse effects of sodium creatine phosphate combined with conventional drug treatment group and conventional drug treatment group were similar,P>0.05.Conclusion Sodium phosphate combined with conventional drugs is effective in treating children with pneumonia and heart failure.
