左旋氨氯地平联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗高血压并高血脂的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究左旋氨氯地平联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗高血压并高血脂的临床效果。方法将2016年3月至2017年3月进入我院实行常规治疗的58例高血压并高血脂患者划分为对照组,将2017年4月至2018年4月进入我院实行左旋氨氯地平及瑞舒伐他汀联合治疗的58例高血压并高血脂患者划分为观察组,对比2组患者的治疗效果、血压指标及血脂指标。结果①观察组的治疗总有效率为94.83%,和对照组的79.31%对比显著更高,2组数据之间存在明显差异性(P<0.05)。②在血压(收缩压、舒张压)水平上,治疗前2组比较没有明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组明显低于对照组,2组数据之间存在明显差异性(P<0.05)。③对照组与观察组LDL-C、HDL-C、TG及TCH各项指标相比差异明显,2组数据具备统计学研究意义,2组数据之间存在明显差异性(P<0.05)。结论高血压并高血脂患者实行左旋氨氯地平及瑞舒伐他汀联合治疗的效果显著,能明显提高治疗效果控制血压指标及血脂指标,改善各种临床症状;因此,值得在临床治疗领域中使用及推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of levoamlodipine combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of hypertension and hyperlipidemia.Methods 58 patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia who were admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were divided into control group.58 patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia who were admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were divided into observation group.The therapeutic effect,blood pressure index and blood lipid index of the two groups were compared.Results The main results were as follows:(1)The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.83%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.31%).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)In the level of blood pressure(systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure).There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the data in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and there were significant differences in the data between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)There were significant differences in LDL-C,HDL-C,TG and TCH between the control group and the observation group.The two groups of data have statistical significance,and there is a relationship between the two groups of data.There was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Levamlodipine and rosuvastatin in patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia has a significant effect,which can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,control blood pressure and lipid index,and improve various clinical symptoms.Therefore,it is worth using and promoting in the field of clinical treatment.
