米索前列醇在未产妇超导可视无痛人流术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨米索前列醇在未产妇超导可视无痛人流术中的临床效果。未产妇是未经阴道自然分娩过的未婚、已婚育龄妇女和择期剖宫产的育龄妇女。方法选取2018年1月至2019年2月来本院自愿接受无痛人流术的未产妇160例,将其随机分成观察组(米索前列醇+超导可视无痛人流术)和对照组(超导可视无痛人流术),各80例。记录两组宫颈扩张程度,手术用时,术中流血量,丙泊酚用量及并发症发生率。结果观察组未产妇宫颈扩张程度显著优于对照组,并且手术用时,术中流血量,丙泊酚用量及流产并发症发生率明显少于对照组,差异具有的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米索前列醇应用于未产妇超导可视无痛人流术,宫颈扩张软化效果好,手术时间缩短,流血少,并发症发生率低,而且丙泊酚用量少等特点,使得无痛人流术安全性得以提高,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of misoprostol in painless abortion of nulliparae guiding by ultrasound.Nulliparae are unmarried,marriedwomen of childbearing age and women of childbearing age who have undergone elective cesarean section without natural delivery through the vagina.Methods A total of 160 nulliparae who volunteered to receive painless abortion from January 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(misoprostol+ultrasound-guiding visual painless abortion)and control group(Ultrasound–guiding visual painless abortion),80 cases each.The degree of cervical dilatation,the time of surgery,the amount of intraoperative blood flow,the amount of propofol and the incidence of complications were recoded.Results The degree of cervical dilatation in the observation group was significantly better than in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss,propofol dosage and the incidence of abortion complications were significantly lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Misoprostol is applied to the ultrasound-guiding visual painless abortion for Nulliparae,with good cervical dilation and softening effect,shorter operation time,less bleeding,lower incidence of complications,and less profofol dosage,making it painless.The safety of abortion is improved and it is worth promoting.
