摘　　要：目的分析纳布啡复合丙泊酚用于无痛胃镜检查中对患者不良反应的影响。方法2017年11月至2018年11月期间我院收治胃镜检查患者130例,随机分为对照组60例和试验组70例。给予对照组丙泊酚复合地佐辛注射液麻醉,给予试验组患者纳布啡复合丙泊酚麻醉。比较两组患者丙泊酚用量、苏醒时间、VAS评分、认知功能以及不良反应。结果不同方式麻醉后,试验组患者丙泊酚总用量、苏醒时间以及VAS评分显著低于对照组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者麻醉后不良反应发生率为7.14%(5/70),对照组患者麻醉后不良反应发生率为18.33%(11/60),两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者认知功能评分无明显差异,两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在对无痛胃镜患者进行麻醉时,采用纳布啡复合丙泊酚方式能够缩短患者的苏醒时间,同时降低了患者的不良反应,在临床中值得推广使用。Objective To analyze the effect of nalbuphine combined with propofol on adverse reactions in patients with painless gastroscopy.Methods From November 2017 to November 2018,130 patients underwent gastroscopy in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and test group(70 cases).The control group was anesthetized with propofol and dextrozine injection,and the patients in the experimental group were anesthetized with nalbuphine and propofol.The amount of propofol,recovery time,VAS score,cognitive function,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After different anesthesia,the total dose,wake time and VAS score of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions after anesthesia in the experimental group was 7.14%(5/70).The incidence of adverse reactions after anesthesia in the control group was 18.33%(11/60).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in cognitive function scores between the two groups after treatment.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the anesthesia of patients with painless gastroscopy,the use of nalbuphine combined with propofol can shorten the recovery time of patients and reduce the adverse reactions of patients,which is worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
