针灸结合中药外敷对骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析针灸结合中药外敷对骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折的治疗效果。方法本文的研究对象为84例骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折患者,入院时间在2016年5月至2018年5月之间,按照随机数字表法将患者分为接受针灸结合中药外敷治疗的结合组(n=42)和接受传统治疗方案治疗的传统组(n=42),对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果结合组患者治疗有效率以及治疗满意度均明显高于传统组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在疼痛评分的比较上,两组患者治疗后相比存在显著的差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前相比无明显差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在对骨质疏松性腰椎压缩性骨折患者进行治疗的过程中针灸与中药外敷的联合运用在提高患者治疗效果的同时也提高了患者对治疗服务的满意程度,减轻了疼痛对患者造成的影响与伤害,促进了患者的更好治疗,具有理想的治疗效果,值得在临床上进行广泛的推广以及运用。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine on osteoporotic lumbar vertebral compression fracture.Methods Eighty-four patients with osteoporotic lumbar vertebral compression fractures were enrolled between May 2016 and May 18,2016.The patients were divided into acupuncture combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine according to the random number table method.The combination group(n=42)and the traditional group treated with conventional treatment regimen(n=42)were used to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results The treatment efficiency and treatment satisfaction of the combination group were significantly higher than those of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of the pain scores,there was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment.Statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment,and it was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with osteoporotic lumbar vertebral compression fractures improves the patient’s therapeutic effect and improves the patient’s satisfaction with the treatment service,reducing the pain caused to the patient.The effects and injuries promote the better treatment of patients,and have ideal therapeutic effects,which deserve to be widely promoted and applied in clinical practice.
