康妇消炎栓直肠给药治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析采用康妇消炎栓直肠给药方式对慢性盆腔炎患者进行治疗的临床效果分析。方法本文选择的研究对象为我院在2017年6月至2018年10月接受并治疗的慢性盆腔炎患者,选择82例患者作为研究对象,将所有患者按照随机方法分为常规治疗组和康妇消炎栓组,每组患者平均为41例,常规治疗组选择常规治疗方案进行治疗,康妇消炎栓组在常规治疗基础上为患者采用康复消炎栓直肠给药方式配合治疗,对两组患者治疗效果进行评价和比较。结果治疗以后常规治疗组的临床治疗总有效率为68.29%(28/41),康妇消炎栓组治疗总有效率为95.12%(39/41),P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义;常规治疗组的不良反应发生率为19.51%(8/41),康妇消炎栓组为21.95%(9/41),P>0.05,差异不存在统计学意义。结论临床在治疗慢性盆腔炎的过程中,首先需为患者进行基础治疗,同时采用康妇消炎栓,以直肠给药的方式为患者加以治疗,可以在很大程度上改善临床症状,提高患者治疗效果,这种治疗具有较好的安全性,不会产生严重的不良反应,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository in rectal administration on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods In this paper,the selection of the object of study for the hospital in June 2017 to October 2018 and treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,choose 82 patients as the research object,all patients according to random method can be divided into conventional treatment group Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository,an average of 41 patients with each group and routine treatment group choose regular treatment,treatment Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository group on the basis of routine therapy for patients with rehabilitation anti-inflammatory suppository rectal dosing way cooperate with treatment,to evaluate the treatment effect of two groups of patients and comparison.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 68.29%(28/41)in the conventional treatment group,and 95.12%(39/41)in the Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository group,P<0.05,indicating a statistically significant difference.The incidence of adverse reactions in the conventional treatment group was 19.51%(8/41),and that in the Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository group was 21.95%(9/41),P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,on the basis of conventional medicine for patients with Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository for rectal administration can effectively improve the effect of patients with treatment,and the treatment has a certain degree of safety,will not produce serious adverse reactions,worthy of promotion and application.
