脑动脉硬化所致眩晕应用血府逐瘀汤治疗的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨脑动脉硬化所致眩晕应用血府逐瘀汤治疗的观察。方法纳入我院84例2017年5月17日至2018年6月27日脑动脉硬化所致眩晕患者。随机数字表分组,常规西医药物治疗组采取常规药物治疗,常规西医药物治疗联合血府逐瘀组则采取常规药物加上血府逐瘀汤治疗。比较常规西医药物治疗组、常规西医药物治疗联合血府逐瘀组疗效;眩晕症状消失的时间、脑血流改善时间;治疗前后患者脑血流速度、眩晕症状;不良反应。结果常规西医药物治疗联合血府逐瘀组疗效、眩晕症状消失的时间、脑血流改善时间、脑血流速度、眩晕症状相比较常规西医药物治疗组更好,P<0.05。常规西医药物治疗联合血府逐瘀组不良反应和常规西医药物治疗组无明显差异,P>0.05。结论常规药物加上血府逐瘀汤治疗脑动脉硬化所致眩晕的效果理想。Objective To investigate the effect of xuefuzhuyu decoction on cerebral arteriosclerosis induced vertigo.Methods 84 patients with vertigo caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis were included in our hospital from May 17,2017 to June 27,2018.The random number table was divided into two groups.The conventional western medicine medicine treatment group was treated with conventional medicine,while the conventional western medicine medicine treatment combined with xuefu zhuyu decoction was treated with conventional medicine and xuefu zhuyu decoction.To compare the curative effect between the traditional western medicine medicine treatment group and the traditional western medicine medicine treatment group.Time of disappearance of vertigo symptoms and improvement of cerebral blood flow;Cerebral blood flow velocity and vertigo before and after treatment;Adverse reactions.Results Compared with the conventional western medicine group,the traditional western medicine group had better efficacy,time of disappearance of vertigo symptoms,improvement of cerebral blood flow,cerebral blood flow velocity and vertigo symptoms,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the conventional western medicine treatment group and the conventional western medicine treatment group(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of xuefuzhuyu decoction on cerebral arteriosclerosis induced vertigo is ideal.
