探讨采用糖尿病护理小组模式对2型糖尿病患者进行护理的有效性

摘　　要：目的探究2型糖尿病患者临床治疗中糖尿病护理小组模式的应用效果。方法自我院2018年2月至2019年2月收治的2型糖尿病患者中随机抽取120例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(常规护理)研究组(糖尿病小组护理),对比两组护理后血糖检测情况,各项护理效果。结果研究组护理后糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖以及餐后2 h血糖均优于对照组,健康知识掌握情况、护理依从性以及对护理工作满意评分均高于对照组,自我管理能力优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病护理小组模式在2型糖尿病患者治疗中的应用效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of diabetes nursing group model in the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 120 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly selected from our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019.They were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and research group(diabetes group nursing).The blood sugar test and nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results The glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the study group were better than those in the control group.The mastery of health knowledge,nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the selfmanagement ability was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of diabetes nursing group model in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus is remarkable,and it is worth popularizing.
