循证护理对颅脑手术患者术后机械通气效果及肠内营养并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨分析循证护理对颅脑手术患者术后机械通气效果及肠内营养并发症的影响。方法选择我院收治的84例颅脑手术患者作为研究对象,这些患者的纳入时间为2019年1月至2019年12月,随机将这些患者分为对照组和观察组,两组各42例,其中对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组接受循证护理。在护理后对两组患者的护理效果进行调查研究,主要有患者的机械通气效果,肠内营养并发情况。结果通过对两组患者的详细调查和分析,其结果为与对照组相比,观察组的机械通气效果更好,观察组组的肠内营养并发症的发生率更低。两组结果差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论对颅脑手术患者的围手术期进行循证护理,能够起到良好的护理效果,能够改善患者的机械通气情况,预防肠内营养并发症的发生。Objective To probe into the effect of evidence-based nursing on mechanical ventilation after craniocerebral operation and its influence of complications of enteral nutrition.Methods 84 cases of patients with craniocerebral surgery and who treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were included and selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received evidence-based nursing.Then,the nursing effect after nursing of the two groups were investigated,mainly including the mechanical ventilation effect of the patients and the complications of enteral nutrition.Results Through the detailed investigation and analysis of the two groups,the results showed that compared with the control group,the mechanical ventilation effect in the observation group was better,and the incidence of enteral nutrition complications was lower in the observation group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The evidence-based nursing for the patients with craniocerebral operation in the perioperative period,which can play good nursing effect,can improve the mechanical ventilation of patients,prevent the occurrence of complications of enteral nutrition.
