循证护理干预对口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者负面心理及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的对比分析循证护理干预在口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者护理中的应用效果。方法2017年7月至2018年12月,将120例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照入院编号单双数法分为对照组与观察组各60例,对比2组患者的护理效果。结果护理后,对照组患者生理功能、心理功能、社会功能以及物质生活评分,明显低于观察组(P<0.05)。对照组患者焦虑、抑郁评分,明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理干预在口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者护理中的应用效果突出,能够有效提高对患者治疗效果,值得临床推广。Objective To compare and analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors.Methods From July 2017 to December 2018,120 patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors were included in the study.According to the admission number,the number of patients was divided into 60 cases in the control group and the observation group.effect.Results After nursing,the physiological function,psychological function,social function and material life score of the control group were significantly lower than the observation group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention has a prominent effect in the nursing of patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors,which can effectively improve the therapeutic effect on patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.
