胫骨平台骨折术后早期康复护理对膝关节功能康复的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探究胫骨平台骨折术后早期康复护理对膝关节功能康复的影响。方法本次82例研究对象是2017年2月至2018年2月在本院行胫骨平台骨折术的患者,用电脑抽签法分成2组,常规组行基础护理,研究组在此基础上行早期康复护理,比较两组康复情况。结果研究组比常规组胫骨平台后倾角(PA)、膝关节被动活动度(ROM)大,胫骨平台内翻角(TPA)小,差异呈统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组膝关节功能优良率为65.85%,比常规组的73.9%高,差异呈统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理的应用能提升胫骨平台骨折患者术后膝关节功能康复效果,值得临床护理广泛使用。Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing after tibial plateau fracture surgery on knee joint function rehabilitation.Methods 82 patients who underwent tibial plateau fracture surgery in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were divided into two groups by computer lottery.The routine group received basic nursing.The research group received early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of this,and the rehabilitation situation of the two groups was compared.Results The tibial plateau retroversion angle(PA)and knee passive mobility(ROM)of the study group were larger than those of the conventional group,while the tibial plateau inversion angle(TPA)was smaller,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of knee joint function in the study group was 65.85%,which was higher than 73.9%in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early rehabilitation nursing can improve the rehabilitation effect of knee joint function of patients with tibial plateau fracture after operation,and it is worth widely using in clinical nursing.
