脑出血术后患者偏瘫肢体早期康复护理干预的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察脑出血术后患者偏瘫肢体早期康复护理干预应用效果。方法我院2018年1月至2019年1月收治的74例脑出血术后偏瘫患者为本次研究对象,按照是否给予偏瘫肢体早期康复护理干预将所有患者分为对照组(37例:未行早期康复护理干预)与实验组(37例:行早期康复护理干预),比较两组患者预后。结果实验组患者护理干预后中重度神经功能损伤例数明显少于对照组,P<0.05。实验组患者护理干预后运动能力改善总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。实验组患者术后6个月日常生活能力轻度依赖以及完全自理例数明显多于对照组,P<0.05。结论脑出血术后偏瘫患者早期康复护理干预效果明显优于未行早期康复护理干预患者。Objective To observe the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on hemiplegic limbs after cerebral hemorrhage operation.Methods 74 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019.All patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to whether to give early rehabilitation nursing intervention for hemiplegic limbs.In the control group,37 patients did not receive early rehabilitation nursing intervention.37 patients in the experimental group received early rehabilitation nursing intervention.The prognosis of the two groups was compared.Results The number of patients with moderate and severe neurological damage after nursing intervention in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of improvement of exercise ability after nursing intervention in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of cases of mild dependence on ADL and complete self-care in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group 6 months after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention for hemiplegic patients after cerebral hemorrhage operation is better than that of patients without early rehabilitation nursing intervention.
