摘  要:在线振动管密度计可实时测量一定温度压力条件下的流体密度,在石油化工生产中获得了广泛应用。由于密度计的传感器即振动管在一定压力条件下会发生形变,进而影响在线测量准确度,因此有必要对在线振动管密度计进行静态压力试验以获取修正系数来保证测量准确度。在线振动管密度计在获得压力修正系数试验过程中,选用液体介质不同会对试验结果产生较大影响。分别利用不同油品和纯水进行静态压力试验,通过对操作过程及数据结果对比分析可知,利用纯水作为介质的试验重复性提高了70%,拟合误差显著低于油品作为介质的试验结果。因此,对在线密度计进行静态压力试验时优先选择纯水作为工作介质。The on-line vibration tube densitometer can measure the fluid density under certain temperature and pressure in real time,which has been widely used in petrochemical production.The sensor of densitometer will deform under certain pressure conditions,which will affect the accuracy of online measurement.Therefore,it is necessary to perform static pressure experiments on the online vibration tube densitometer to obtain a correction factor to ensure the degree of accuracy.In the process of pressure correction coefficients of online vibration tube densitometer,the choice of liquid medium has a great impact on the test results.The static pressure tests are carried out with different oils and pure waters.According to the analysis of the operation process and data results,the repeatability obtained by using pure water is improved by 70%,and the fitting error is significantly lower than the oil experiment results.Therefore,pure water is preferred as the working medium in the static pressure test of the online densitometer.
