摘  要:针对稠油热采油田既是耗水大户又是产水大户的实际,开展了稠油热采井产出水资源化利用矿场试验。春风油田位于准噶尔盆地西缘戈壁荒漠,是百万吨级稠油生产基地,热采井产出水高温、高矿化度、高硬度,资源化利用难度更大。为此,将国外海水淡化设备机械压缩蒸发器(MVC)首次引入春风油田水处理领域,再辅以高密度悬浮澄清器,建成热采井产出水资源化利用处理站,处理后的产品水5000 m3/d作为蒸汽用水循环利用,改变了传统稠油开采过程能耗高、消耗大量淡水的生产方式,实现了绿色低碳发展。以MVC为核心的稠油热采井产出水资源化利用技术,具有一定的应用参考价值。In view of the fact that heavy oil thermal recovery oilfield is both a major water consumer and a major water producer,a field test of water resource utilization produced by thermal recovery wells of heavy oil is carried out.Located in the Gobi desert at the western margin of the Junggar Basin,Chunfeng Oilfield is a production base of one million ton heavy oil,with high temperature,high salinity and high hardness of the water produced by the thermal production wells.For this reason,the foreign seawater desalination equipment,namely Mechanical Vapor Compression(MVC),is first introduced into the field of water treatment in Chunfeng Oilfield,and then a high-density suspension clarification tank is used to construct a water resource utilization treatment station for thermal recovery wells.5000 m3/d of treated water is recycled as steam water,and it has changed the traditional heavy oil production process with high energy consumption and large consumption of fresh water,and achieved green and low-carbon development.MVC,as the core of heavy oil thermal recovery well produced water resources utilization technology,has a certain application reference value.
