摘  要:大庆油田采用三元复合驱开发以来,地面配注系统从"目的液"工艺演化到了当前的"低压二元+高压二元"工艺。当前工艺虽然解决了因碱与污水配伍性差导致注入泵结垢的问题,但又存在单井聚合物浓度个性化差异注入时,碱注入浓度方案符合率低,无法达到浓度合格率100%精准配注要求的问题,严重影响开发效果。通过对几种三元配注工艺的参数进行相关性分析,确定了混配后单井聚合物浓度在某范围变化时,其他药剂浓度为工艺限定值不变的数学上的定量关系,并由此提出了基于目标规划法旨在提高单井碱、表面活性剂浓度合格率的三元复合体系精准配注的数学模型,利用该模型对现场实例进行求解,得出了该模型目标函数的实数解范围和成立条件,理论上使得单井碱和表面活性剂注入浓度合格率达到了100%,并基于建立的数学模型提出了满足开发要求的"低压一元+高压二元"精准配注工艺。Since the development of ASP flooding in Daqing Oilfield,the surface injection system has evolved from the "target fluid" process to the current "low pressure binary + high pressure binary" process. Although the current process solves the problem of scaling of injection pump due to poor compatibility of alkali and sewage,there is also a problem that the consistency rate of alkali injection scheme is low,and the concentration qualification rate cannot reach 100% precision injection requirements when the polymer concentration of single well is personalized and different for injection,which seriously affects the development effect. Through the correlation analysis of the parameters of several ternary injection processes, the mathematical quantitative relationship is determined that the concentration of other agents is the same as the process limit value when the polymer concentration of single well changes in a certain range after mixing. Based on this, the mathematical model of precise injection of ternary composite system based on the objective programming method is proposed to improve the qualification rate of alkali and surfactant concentration for single well. The model is used to solve the field example and the real solution range and establishment conditions of the model objective function are obtained. Theoretically, the qualified rate of the injection concentration of alkali and surfactant for single well reach100%. Based on the established mathematical model, the "low pressure unitary + high pressure binary" precise injection process meeting the development requirements is proposed.
