摘 要:油气田站场完整性管理技术目前还处于探索研究阶段,但是作为一种在长输管道和站场应用取得良好效果的安全管理理念和技术,已经受到了广泛重视。针对油田站场处理介质复杂多样、同一类别站场处理设备和运行参数差异大、无法停产检修的特点,从管理流程、站场分类分级、风险识别与评价等方面提出了油田站场完整性管理的工作思路,并从失效数据管理、现有管理机制与完整性管理的融合、风险检测等方面分析油田站场完整性管理面临的主要挑战,根据目前的站场完整性管理技术的适应性,给出基于风险的检测(RBI)、以可靠性为中心的维护(RCM),以及安全完整性分级(SIL)的实施流程和应用对象。At present, the integrity management technology of oil and gas field station is still in the stage of exploration and research. However, as a kind of safety management concept and technology which has been applied well in long distance pipelines and stations,it has been paid more and more attention. In view of the complex and diverse treatment media of oilfield station, the big difference of processing equipment and operation parameters of the same type of station, and the inability to stop production for maintenance,from the aspects of management flow path,station classification and grading, risk identification and evaluation, the work idea of integrity management of oilfield station is put forward, and the main challenges of integrity management of oilfield station from the aspects of failure data management, integration of existing management mechanism and integrity management, and risk detection are analyzed. According to the adaptability of current station integrity management technology, the implementation process and application object of risk-based detection(RBI), dependability centered maintenance(RCM) and safety integrity grading(SIL) are presented.
