新型机具在U型斜巷水下隧道管道施工中的应用

摘　　要：金丽温输气管道工程90%以上管线位于山区,山势陡峭且多隧道。由于布管、焊接等工序受到其特殊地形、环境限制,U型斜巷水下隧道会成为工程的难点,解决不善会对整个工程的安全、质量、进度产生较大影响。研制的可伸缩式电动龙门架,可应用于此类型隧道,其具备可拆卸功能,方便运输与存放;不同项目之间可循环使用,节省成本。对金丽温输气管道工程中上皮山隧道施工方法及施工机组进行了总结,伸缩性龙门架、特制管上行走小车的成功应用,可为其他工程项目提供借鉴。Over ninety percent of Jinliwen Gas Transmission Project is in mountainous area,and the mountains are steep and have a lot of tunnels.Due to the special terrain and environment limitations of pipe laying,welding and other procedures,the U-shaped inclined drift submerged tunnel becomes a difficulty of the project,and a poor solution will have a great impact on the safety,quality,and progress of the whole project.A special tunnel construction of telescopic electric gantry is developed,which can be used in this type of tunnel.It has a detachable function,and is convenient for transportation and storage.It also can be recycled between different projects to save costs.The construction method and the construction unit of Shangpishan Tunnel in Jinliwen Gas Transmission Pipeline Project are summarized.The application of stretchable gantry and special trolley walking on tubes can be used as a reference for other engineering projects.
