肿瘤患者防治新型冠状病毒肺炎的几点中医认识与思考

摘　　要：新冠肺炎属于中医学"疫病"范畴,是由疫疠邪气夹寒湿,自口鼻而入。其病位主在肺,涉及脾胃。异常的气候是本次疫情发生的外在条件,脾伤湿盛是该病产生的内在基础。"正虚"是肿瘤发生发展的主要病因病机,肿瘤患者感染新冠肺炎的风险更高、预后更差,值得关注。对于肿瘤患者,积极预防新冠肺炎,做到未病先防、已病防变具有重要意义。针对感染新冠肺炎的肿瘤患者,中医药具有截断疾病发展态势、促进康复、防止轻症向重症转化、降低病死率、减少疾病并发症及后遗症的出现等优势。根据新冠肺炎的"湿邪"致病特点,治疗上顾护中焦脾胃、健运中洲,使湿邪得消,在肿瘤患者防治新冠肺炎中具有重要意义。Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)can be classified into the category of“epidemic disease”in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.It is caused by the attack of pestilence complicated with cold and dampness through the nose and mouth.COVID-19 is mainly located in the lung and involves the spleen and stomach.Unfavorable climate conditions contribute to the external condition for the outbreak of the disease,and superabundance of dampness due to spleen deficiency is the internal factor for the occurrence of the disease.It has become a common understanding that“healthy qi deficiency”is the fundamental pathogenesis of the occurrence and development of tumor.Cancer patients have a higher risk of attacking by COVID-19 and have the poor prognosis.It is meaningful to preventing the cancer patients from the attack of COVID-19.As for the cancer patients suffering with COVID-19,traditional Chinese medicine therapy has showed its advantages of cutting off the development of disease,preventing the mild cases developing into severe cases,promoting the rehabilitation,reducing fatality,preventing the emerging of complications/sequelae.Following to the features of COVID-19 having the pathogenesis of dampness,the treatment of COVID-19 should be focused on the prevention of stomach and spleen,activating the middle energizer,so as to eventually wiping out the dampness evil.
