摘　　要：目的建立具抗癌效应的中药材南方红豆杉水煎液高效液相色谱法(HPLC)特征图谱检测方法。方法采用ZORBAX SB-Aq色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-水(梯度洗脱);检测波长为310 nm;柱温为25℃;流速为1 ml·min^-1。结果主要标定了5个共有峰,4批样品HPLC特征图谱相似度在0.97以上,相似度较高。结论南方红豆杉是具有抗癌效应的中药材,本方法建立的特征图谱准确可靠,重复性好,可为评价南方红豆杉药材质量及其水煎液物质分析提供方法学依据。Objective To establish a method for the determination of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)HPLC fingerprint of aqueous extract of Taxus chinensis var.mairei(AETC).Methods HPLC was performed on Zorbax SB-Aq column,the mobile phase consisted of methyl alcohol-water(gradient elution),the detection wavelength was 310 nm,column temperature was 25℃,and the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1.Results A total of 5 specific peaks were separated for the 4 batches of aqueous extract of Taxus chinensis var.mairei.The similarities were over 0.97.Conclusion The determination method is accurate,reliable and reproducible,which can provide reference for the quality control of the medicinal material and chemical analysis of aqueous extract of Taxus chinensis var.mairei.
