摘 要:为了提高风能利用率,使风能直接驱动海水淡化装置,并以太阳能和空气热能作为辅助能源,结合自然真空蒸馏(NVD)技术,设计了一种基于NVD技术的海水淡化装置,并对该装置的关键设备柱形汽化室进行了细致的设计和研究。通过理论分析,装置抵抗大气压做功即可在常温下实现海水淡化,同时产出盐分,其降低气压的效果与传统技术一样,且水质更好,在能量转化的过程中较传统技术,效率提高了9%~24.3%。利用实物模型进行了相关试验,验证了装置的可行性,并通过试验数据分析对装置提出了改进建议,有望增加装置海水淡化以及产盐的速率,提高风能的利用率。In order to improve utilization ratio of wind energy and make it directly drive desalination device,a desalination device based on natural vacuum distillation(NVD)technology was designed by using solar energy and air thermal energy as auxiliary energy.The key equipment of the device,cylindrical vaporizing chamber,was carefully designed and studied.Through theoretical analysis,the device might achieve seawater desalination at room temperature and produce salt at the same time by working against atmospheric pressure.The effect of reducing air pressure was the same as that of traditional technology and produced better water quality than traditional technology.Compared with traditional technologies,efficiency was increased by 9%to 24.3%in the process of energy conversion.Relevant experiments were carried out by using physical model to verify the feasibility of the device and improved by analyzing experimental data.It was expected to increase the rate of desalination and salt production,and utilization rate of wind energy.
