多元文化背景下民族心理的互动机制及治理范式述评

摘　　要：时代变迁下的社会和文化日益多元,民族关系类型及民族地区治理范式等发生了诸多变迁,而多元和变迁的重要影响因素是民族心理的转变。新时期民族心理朝着多元化的方向传播、演化,其融合共生的发展态势也日益显著。在不断推动相关研究持续深入的同时,对民族心理在主客体研究、事项研究、范式研究和研究成果的现实应用方面,提出了新的要求和挑战。本文基于现阶段多元文化背景下的民族心理相关研究成果,系统梳理民族心理与民族关系互动及民族治理的内涵,进而提出加强民族心理的动态过程研究、研究范式创新与常态化建设、中国特色民族心理理论体系建构等研究展望。With multiplicity of society and culture under the change of the times,nationality relationship types and governance paradigm in the nationality areas and so on have been made a lot of changes,however,the important impact factor for the multiplicity and the change is the change of the national psychology.The national psychology in the new period is disseminated and evolved in the direction of diversification and its fusion and symbiotic development is increasingly significant.While we constantly promote the deep research on the related subjects,there are new requirement and challenges for the national psychology in the perspective of subjective and objective research,item research,paradigm research and the implementation of research results.Based on the results for national psychology research at present under the background of multiple cultures,this paper systematically studies the interaction between national psychology and national relationship and the connotation of national governance,and further proposes to strengthen the research on the dynamic process,paradigm innovation and constant construction of national psychology,and to construct the theoretical system of national psychology with Chinese characteristics.
