摘 要:针对一款卧式风冷四冲程汽油机,采用试验研究的方法研究了机体表面冷却、曲轴箱体结构、机油注入量、活塞回油孔尺寸、曲轴箱容积等因素对机油消耗的影响。试验发现:缸盖罩和机油温度降低6℃,通风损失减少32.50%,窜机油损失减少10.00%;减低曲轴箱体结构的流动阻力,可减少窜入燃烧室的机油消耗67.50%;在机油注入限值内,稍多的机油量会增加通风损失,但可以减少窜油损失;增大回油孔直径80%,降低窜机油消耗8.75%;曲轴箱注油室容积的增加对机油消耗影响不大。For a horizontal air-cooled four-stroke gasoline engine, the factors that impact oil consumption as body′s surface cooling, the structure of crankcase, the oil amount, the oil relief hole size and the volume of crankcase, were experimentally studied. It was found that reducing the temperature of cylinder head cover and oil by 6 ℃, the oil ventilation loss was reduced by 32.50% and the oil blow-by consumption was reduced by 10.00%;reducing the flow resistance of the crankcase would lead to reducing oil pumping from crankcase to combustion chamber by 67.50%;in the range of admitted oil amount, more amount of oil would lead to more oil ventilation loss but less oil blow-by loss;by increasing the oil relief hole diameter by 80%, the oil blow-by consumption was reduced by 8.75%;the enlarged oiling room of crankcase affected oil consumption weakly.
