摘　　要：目的探讨电子纤维喉镜下下咽部异物的诊断及取出技巧。方法分析2018年01月~2019年12月我科126例下咽部异物嵌顿部位及取出方法。结果本组病例均在电子纤维喉镜下准确诊断并成功取出。结论纤维喉镜下下咽部异物取出,具有视野清晰,创伤小,患者易于配合的优点。Objective To explore the diagnosis and removal skills of foreign body in pharynx under electronic fiber laryngoscope.Methods 126 cases of foreign body impaction in hypopharynx from January 2018 to December 2019 were analyzed.Results All the cases were diagnosed accurately under the electronic fiber laryngoscope and successfully removed.Conclusions The removal of foreign body in pharynx under laryngoscope has the advantages of clear vision,less trauma and easy cooperation.
