土槿皮乙酸抗肿瘤作用及其机制的研究进展

摘　　要：土槿皮乙酸是从松科植物金钱松的近根树皮或根皮中提取出来的一种新型二萜酸化合物。近年来对土槿皮乙酸药理作用的研究大都集中在其抗肿瘤机制上,并且其对多种肿瘤细胞的生物学行为影响均有了一定的进展。因此本文将对近年来相关文献报道的土槿皮乙酸的抗肿瘤作用及其研究进展进行综述,为开发土槿皮乙酸的临床应用价值拓展更多思路。Pseudolaric acid Bis a new diterpenoid acid isolated from the bark or root bark of Pseudolarix kaempferi Gord.Recently,most of the studies on the pharmacological activities of PAB have focused on its anti-tumor mechanism,and some progress in the biological behavior of many tumor cells has been discovered.Therefore,this article will review the anti-tumor effect and research progress of PAB which reported in recent years.This review will provide more ideas for the development of clinical value of PAB.
