新修辞学视域下国外“修辞人格”研究的动态分析——基于Citespace的可视化分析

摘　　要："修辞人格"是西方修辞学的经典概念之一,至今研究热度不减。当下对该概念进行研究综述多集中于描述性统计分析研究方法,基于文献计量学的深入分析较少。本文以Citespace为分析工具,针对修辞人格研究中的关键词共现、战略坐标等数据进行定量与定性分析。研究发现:首先,在"新修辞学"大背景下,这一经典概念研究的萌芽期与西方修辞学新阶段的出现时期相符合,且持续时间长,攀升期发展势头强劲;其次,研究总体新颖度较高,潜在研究动力较足,但受关注度较低、话题研究延续性较弱,尚未形成相关研究重镇;再次,除研究文本范围外,该概念在研究视角、修辞功用等方面的特点与"新修辞学"相符;最后,该概念研究热点集中于政治领域及以网络为媒介的语篇分析中,实用价值日益凸显。"Ethos",a classic concept in western rhetoric,is still a hot topic in the research field.However,the current reviews on its studies focus more on descriptive statistical analysis method than on the bibliometric one.This article makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis of data of"ethos"studies in a bibliometric way by Citespace,focusing on keywords co-occurrence and strategic coordinates.The findings indicate that the embryonic period of the studies of"ethos"coincides with that of"newrhetoric",but it lasts for a relatively longer time and later develops at a mounting speed.In addition,"ethos"studies are newly conducted,so there is still much room for the studies to move on.However,the concept is neither paid sufficient attention to nor given a continuous concern,so there are fewresearch teams studying on it.Moreover,"ethos"studies,except for the scope of research texts,are consistent with those of"newrhetoric"in terms of research perspective and rhetorical function.Lastly,the research object of ethos covers the political field and the network-based discourse analysis,and thus the practical value of"ethos"has become increasingly prominent.
