摘  要:以来自亚洲、欧洲、北美洲和非洲33个国家和地区的115份大麦微核心种质资源为材料,采用SRAP分子标记技术,通过SRAP引物的筛选扩增、Shannon指数分析、遗传结构分析和聚类分析等进行遗传多样性研究.结果从72个标记中筛选到17对多态性良好的SRAP引物,共产生114个扩增条带.品种间的遗传多态性差异为0.230(em8-me6)~0.581(em7-me2),平均0.430 6.Shannon指数分析显示,来自亚洲和欧洲的大麦品种含有的多态性位点比例最高,具有丰富的多样性.聚类分析将115份大麦种质材料分为A-G共7组,划分结果与材料的地理来源一致,其中A组和G组占总资源量的64.71%.AMOVA分析显示115份材料的遗传差异来自群体内,混合模型分析进一步显示供试样品可分为4类,分别对应亚洲、欧洲等四大洲.In this study,115 barley microcore germplasm resources from 33 countries and regions in Asia,Europe,North America,and Africa were used as the materials.SRAP molecular marker technology was used to conduct the genetic diversity research through screening and amplification of SRAP primers,Shannon index analysis,genetic structure analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed 17 SRAP primers with good polymorphism were selected from 72 markers,and 114 amplified bands were generated.The genetic polymorphisms varieties of the barely cultivars ranged 0.230(em8-me6)-0.581(em7-me2),with the average of 0.430 6.Shannon index analysis showed that the barley varieties from Asia and Europe contained the highest proportion of polymorphic loci and high diversity.The cluster analysis divided 115 barley varieties into7 groups of A-G,and the division results were consistent with the geographical origins of the varieties,in which group A and group G accounted for 64.71% of the total varieties.AMOVA analysis showed that the genetic differences of 115 varieties came from within the population.The mixed model analysis further showed that the varieties could be divided into four categories,corresponding to four continents such as Asia and Europe.
