前后路手术联合术后置管注药治疗脊柱结核的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探索前后路手术治疗脊柱结核同时术后置管注药的疗效。方法:选取167例需行前后路手术治疗脊柱结核的患者作为研究对象,根据术后是否留置注药管情况分为对照组(留置注药管)76例,观察组(未留置注药管)91例,观察两组年龄、病程,红细胞沉降率(ESR)、Cobb角、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、住院费用、脊髓损伤和恢复及术后复发等情况。结果:与对照组比较,观察组在年龄、病程、术前ESR、Cobb角、手术时间、出血量、住院时间、术后ESR、Cobb角情况、脊髓损伤和恢复以及Frankel分级等指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组仅住院费用指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:前后路手术治疗脊柱结核同时术后置管注药的疗效与单纯前后路手术比较,治疗效果并不明显,不建议在前后路手术治疗脊柱结核过程中采用术后置管注药的技术。Objective To explore the curative effect of anterior and posterior surgery for spinal tuberculosis and post-operative catheterization and injection of drugs.Method 167 patients with spinal tuberculosis who need anterior and posterior surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects, there were 76 cases in the control group(Indwelling injection tube) and 91 cases in the observation group(no indwelling injection tube), The age, course of disease, ESR, Cobb angle, operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, hospital stay, hospitalization expenses, spinal cord injury, recovery and recurrence were observed.Results Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in age, course of disease, ESR, Cobb angle, operation time, bleeding volume, hospitalization time, ESR, Cobb angle, spinal cord injury, recovery and Frankel classification between the two groups(P>0.05). There was only significant difference in hospitalization cost between the two groups(P< 0.001).Conclusion Compared with simple anterior and posterior surgery, anterior and posterior surgery for spinal tuberculosis is not effective. It is not recommended to use the technique of post-operative catheterization and injection in the treatment of spinal tuberculosis.
