摘　　要：目的:对比改良式单孔腹腔镜及三孔腹腔镜在妇科手术中应用效果。方法:回顾性分析60例妇科疾病入院且行腹腔镜手术患者的临床资料。改良式单孔腹腔镜手术的30例患者为观察组,同期收治的行传统腹腔镜手术30例为对照组,比较两组患者平均手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛评分、肠功能恢复时间及美观满意度评分、住院费用。结果:两组患者均顺利完成手术,无手术并发症发生。手术时间、术中出血量、住院费用、差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);肠功能恢复时间、术后疼痛评分、美观满意度评分比较,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良单孔腹腔镜治疗妇科良性疾病,价格低廉,节约成本,安全、可靠,具有疗效确切、创伤小、经济实惠、瘢痕美观等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare of the effect of modified single-hole laparoscope and three-hole laparoscope in gynecological surgery.Method Retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 60 patients admitted to our department for gynecological diseases and undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Thirty patients undergoing modified single-port laparoscopic surgery were included in observation group, and 30 patients receiving conventional laparoscopic surgery in the same period were included in control group.The average operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative pain score, intestinal function recovery time, aesthetic satisfaction score, and hospitalization cost were compared between the two groups.Results The patients in both groups all successfully completed the operation and no surgical complications occurred.There were no significant differences in operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization cost(p>0.05) Intestinal function recovery time, pain score and aesthetic satisfaction score of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the improved single-hole laparoscopy in the treatment of gynecological benign diseases in our hospital is cheap, cost-saving, safe and reliable, and has the advantages of definite curative effect, small trauma, economic benefit and aesthetic scar.It is worth to apply it in clinical application.
