摘  要:以α-Al2O3为载体,借助二次生长法,在无模板剂的条件下制备出ZSM-5沸石膜,结合酸液浸泡及渗透汽化分离实验研究了所制ZSM-5沸石膜的渗透汽化性能及其在酸溶液体系中的耐酸性能。结果表明,在75℃条件下,所制ZSM-5沸石膜对质量分数为90%的异丙醇水溶液的渗透通量和分离因子分别可达1.73 kg·m^-2·h^-1和1800;经pH值不同的硝酸或乙酸溶液浸泡15天,ZSM-5沸石膜始终保持良好的渗透汽化分离能力,表面Si/Al原子比稳定,沸石膜耐酸性较好。By usingα-Al2O3 as the carrier,the ZSM-5 zeolite membrane was prepared via the secondary growth method without template.Combined with acid immersion and pervaporation separation experiments,the pervaporation performance of the prepared ZSM-5 zeolite membrane and its acid resistance in acid solution system were studied.The results show that when dehydrating isopropyl with a mass fraction of 90%at 75℃,the permeation flux and separation factor of the ZSM-5 zeolite membrane can reach 1.73 kg·m^-2·h^-1 and 1800,respectively.After being immersed in nitric acid or acetic acid solutions with different pH values for 15 days,the ZSM-5 zeolite membrane still maintains good pervaporation separation capability,Si/Al atomic ratio of the surface is stable,and the zeolite membrane has good acid resistance.
