摘 要:分别以石英砂掺入量不同的结构胶为黏结剂,制备多组黏钢加固混凝土试件,通过对所制试件进行双面剪切试验,得到各组试件的破坏模式、界面承载力以及不同荷载水平下钢板表面的应变分布。针对试验结果展开理论分析,在考虑钢板、混凝土构件宽度比以及混凝土抗拉强度等因素的基础上,对Nakaba黏结滑移模型进行修正,获得更适用于胶结层含石英砂的钢板-混凝土界面黏结滑移本构关系分析模型。Several groups of bonded steel strengthening concrete specimens were prepared by using structural adhesive with different amounts of quartz sand.Through the double-sided shear test of the specimens,the failure mode,interface bearing capacity of each group of specimens and the strain distribution on the steel plate surface under different load levels were obtained.Based on the theoretical analysis of the test results and considering the factors such as the width ratio of steel plate and concrete member,the tensile strength of concrete,the Nakaba bond-slip model was modified to obtain an appropriate analytical model for the bond-slip constitutive relation of steel plate-concrete interface with cemented layer containing quartz sand.
