高校贫困生资助中加强人文关怀的现实路径探索

摘　　要：高校贫困生资助是推动教育公平的重要抓手,是贫困学生完成学习知识、实现梦想的必要保障。然而,在资助的过程中,由于人文关怀的缺失,出现了一些短板问题,重点表现在对集体与个体的定位不同、对物质与精神的侧重点不一、对用足政策与用好政策存在差异等方面。从人本理念出发加强高校贫困生资助的人文关怀,可采取以下策略:在资助原则上处理好物与人、物质与精神、外力与内力的三对关系;在资助整体设计上加强系统性、综合性、德育性资助,确保贫困生各类诉求得到尽可能满足,提升资助成效;同时,要推广资助模式创新,探索以人性尊重为重点、以技术资助为切入点、以先行先试为典型推动资助的人文关怀。The financial aid for poverty-stricken college students is an important way to promote education equity,and it is also a necessary guarantee for poverty-stricken students to complete their learning knowledge and realize their dreams.However,in the process of funding,due to the lack of humanistic care,there are some shortcomings,which are mainly manifested in the different positioning of the collective and the individual,the different emphasis on the material and the spirit,and the difference between the adequate policy and the good policy.The following strategies can be adopted to strengthen the humanistic care of poverty-stricken college students based on the concept of humanism:dealing well with the three pairs of relations of material and human,material and spirit,external force and internal force in principle;strengthening the systematic,comprehensive and moral support in the overall design so as to ensure that all kinds of demands of the poverty-stricken students are met as much as possible and improve the effectiveness of the support;at the same time,we should promote the innovation of the support model and explore the humanistic care with respect for human nature as the focus,technical support as the starting point,and the first trial as the typical promotion of funding.
