摘 要:为有效控制SPHC钢中氮含量,德龙钢铁公司对冶炼工序中可能增氮的6个环节进行了研究,统计了炼钢工序各环节的氮含量,并对影响增氮的因素进行了分析。结果表明:转炉冶炼终点钢水氮含量波动较大是造成钢材氮含量超标的主要原因,其余工序增氮量较小,且波动较小。通过优化转炉冶炼工艺方案,工业化生产的成品材中氮含量稳定控制在<35 ppm。In order to effectively control the nitrogen content in SPHC steel,Delong iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.six possible links of nitrogen increasing during the smelting process has been studied in Delong steel company.The nitrogen content in each link of the steelmaking process was counted,and the factors affecting the nitrogen increasing were analyzed.The results show that the main reason for the excessive nitrogen content of steel is that the nitrogen content of molten steel at the end of converter smelting fluctuates greatly,while the nitrogen increasing of other links is small and the fluctuation is small.Through the optimization of converter smelting process,the nitrogen content in the finished product is stably controlled at less than 35 ppm.
