摘  要:通过淬火实验对比分析了薄板坯连铸连轧工艺(FTSR)生产的同规格不同卷取温度的热冲压成型钢的组织和性能。结果表明,试样组织主要由铁素体+珠光体组成,750℃卷取时热冲压成型钢出现严重带状组织,620℃卷取时热冲压成型钢带状组织级别减小。利用相变仪实验得出卷取温度对热冲压成型钢奥氏体化及最终组织的影响很小,得到的组织均为马氏体+极少量铁素体组织。模拟工业生产进行淬火、回火热处理后,组织都属于板条状马氏体,组织均匀,进行拉伸实验后,性能差异不大。两种卷取温度下生产的带钢在热处理后获得了相近的组织及性能。The microstructure and properties of hot stamping steel with the same specification and different coiling temperature produced by thin slab continuous casting and rolling process(FTSR)were analyzed by quenching experiment.The results show that the structure of the sample is mainly composed of ferrite and pearlite.The hot stamping steel is serious banded structure with coiling at 750℃,while the grade of banded structure is decreased with coiling at 620℃.The effect of coiling temperature on austenization and final structure of hot stamping steel is very small.The microstructure is martensite+a little ferrite.After quenching and tempering heat treatment in simulated industrial production,the microstructure is uniform lath martensite.After the tensile test,the properties are not different.The structure and properties of the strip produced at two coiling temperatures are similar after heat treatment.
