摘 要:为解决烧结烟气NOx末端治理投资大、运行成本高,且易产生二次污染物的问题,深入研究了烧结烟气NOx的产生机理。结合烧结配料方式,从降低原燃料氮含量、提高烧结矿碱度、燃料预处理等方面提出从源头降低NOx的生成;结合烧结过程,提出改变烟气路径的烧结烟气选择性循环技术,以及提高料层厚度,优化烧结终点位置和温度等控制手段,从烧结过程优化控制条件,降低NOx的生成。重点分析了这些技术方案在钢铁企业应用的实际案例以及达到的效果。In order to solve the problems of large investment,high operation cost and secondary pollution in the end treatment of NOx of sintering flue gas,the mechanism of NOx generation was studied.Combined with the sinter proportioning method,it is proposed to reduce NOx from the source in terms of reducing the nitrogen content of raw fuel,improving the basicity of sinter and fuel pretreatment.Combined with the sintering process,a series of measures such as the selective circulation technology of sintering flue gas which changes the flue gas path,increasing the thickness of the material layer,optimizing the position and temperature of the sintering end point,are put forward to optimize the control conditions in the sintering process and reduce the generation of NOx.This paper focuses on the analysis of the practical cases of these technical schemes applied in iron and steel enterprises and the results.
