摘　　要：目的观察他克莫司软膏外搽联合二硫化硒洗剂外敷用于治疗面部脂溢性皮炎的效果。方法选取门诊收治的91例面部脂溢性皮炎患者,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=46),对照组予他克莫司软膏外搽,观察组予他克莫司软膏外搽+二硫化硒洗剂外敷,2组均持续治疗30 d。比较2组治疗后皮损积分变化、人体蠕形螨驱除情况、临床疗效、复发率及不良反应发生率。结果观察组皮损积分低于对照组,总有效率及蠕形螨驱除率高于对照组(P<0.05)。完成治疗后随访30 d,观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论他克莫司软膏联合二硫化硒洗剂能够有效提升面部脂溢性皮炎患者人体蠕形螨驱除率,进一步提升治疗效果,且复发率低、安全性高。Objective To observe the effect of external application of tacrolimus ointment combined with selenium disulfide lotion on facial seborrheic dermatitis.Methods A total of 91 patients admitted to the outpatient department for facial seborrheic dermatitis were randomly treated with tacrolimus ointment alone(control group,n=45)or in combination with selenium disulfide lotion(observation,n=46)for successive 30 days.Skin lesion score,demodex removal rate,clinical efficacy,recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The skin lesion score in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate and demodex removal rate in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After 30 days of follow-up,the recurrence rate in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tacrolimus ointment combined with selenium disulfide lotion can effectively and safely increase demodex removal rate and reduce recurrence rate in patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis.
