摘  要:以直线拉伸状态下1+6型钢丝绳为研究对象,基于圆柱螺旋弹簧理论建立侧丝的受力模型,依据侧丝-中心丝在钢丝绳轴向变形量相等建立力-位移平衡方程,并推导出摩擦力关系式。通过钢丝绳侧丝的张力测定试验,得到了侧丝的张力分布,并以此计算得到侧丝-中心丝的滑动摩擦力。基于钢丝绳三维实体模型和有限元模型,分别仿真计算出侧丝的张力分布和侧丝-中心丝的摩擦力。结果表明:试验结果与有限元仿真结果基本吻合,且中心丝和侧丝分别承担约18.4%和81.6%的轴向载荷;一个捻距内,侧丝-中心丝的摩擦力约占轴向载荷的2.7%。Taking 1+6 type wire rope in stretching mode as the research objective,the paper established the force model of the outer wire based on the theory of cylindrical spiral spring,built the force-displacement equilibrium equation according to the deformation of the outer wire and the central wire in axial direction of the wire rope being equal,and derived the friction formula.After the testing for tension of the outer wire of the wire rope,the tension distribution of the outer wire was obtained,and then the sliding friction between the outer wire and the central wire were calculated.Based on the 3D solid model and the finite element model of the wire rope,the tension distribution of the outer wire and the friction between the outer wire and the central wire were calculated separately.The results showed:the test results were basically consistent with that of the finite element simulation,and the outer wire and the central wire respectively carried 18.4%and 81.6%of the axial load;the friction between the outer wire and the central wire accounted for 2.7%of the axial load in a twist length.
