摘 要:采用了十二烷基硫醇对银粉进行了表面改性,并以改性后的银粉制备了导电涂料。通过测试导电涂料的表面方阻和极化曲线以及对导电涂料进行的中性盐雾腐蚀试验,研究了改性剂用量、改性时间、改性温度对导电涂料导电性能和抗盐雾性能的影响规律。结果表明:当改性剂用量为银粉质量的3%、改性时间为8 h、改性温度为60℃时,导电涂料的抗盐雾性能最好,同时导电性能优良。Silver powder was surface-modified with dodecyl mercaptan, and conductive coatings were prepared with the modified silver powder. According to the resistivity and the Tafel curves of conductive coatings and the neutral salt spray corrosion test on them, we studied the influence of modifier dosage, modification time and modification temperature on the conductivity and salt spray resistance of conductive coatings. The result shows that when the dosage of modifier is 3% of the weight of silver powder, the modification time is 8 h and the modification temperature is 60 ℃, conductive coatings have the best salt spray resistance and excellent conductivity.
