摘  要:以水性聚氨酯橘纹漆为研究对象,重点研究了成膜物的选择对橘纹漆耐性的影响、橘纹助剂的品种和加量以及增稠剂种类对橘纹效果的影响、颜料体积浓度PVC对橘纹效果及贮存性的影响。结果表明:选择厚涂性、耐化学品性好的羟基丙烯酸分散体作为成膜物,配合立体效果好的橘纹助剂、中剪增稠剂,控制颜料体积浓度PVC在35%~45%范围内,可以得到立体感强、涂膜纹理清晰的水性聚氨酯橘纹漆。This paper, with waterborne polyurethane ripple peel coatings as the research object, focuses on the influence of the selection of film-forming materials on the resistance of ripple peel coatings, the influence of the variety and dosage of ripple peel additives and the type of thickener on ripple peel effect and the influence of the pigment volume concentration(PVC) on ripple peel effect and storage. The results show that waterborne polyurethane ripple peel coatings with strong stereoscopic effect and clear film texture can be obtained by choosing the hydroxyl acrylic dispersion with good thick painting performance and chemical resistance as film-forming material, combined with ripple peel additive and medium shear thickener with good stereoscopic effect, and controlling the pigment volume concentration(PVC) within 35%~45%.
