摘  要:围绕阴极电泳涂料的涂膜固化温度展开研究,详细介绍了阴极电泳涂料的制备过程和反应机理,研究表明,不同封闭型异氰酸酯固化剂对阴极电泳涂料涂膜固化温度和贮存稳定性产生影响。使用HDI、TMP和甲乙酮肟为主要原料制备了一种封闭型异氰酸酯固化剂。使用该封闭型异氰酸酯固化剂制备的阴极电泳涂料具有比较低的涂膜固化温度和较好的贮存稳定性。In this paper, the preparation process and reaction mechanism of cathodic electrophoretic coatings are introduced in detail, focusing on the curing temperature of cathodic electrophoretic coatings. Research shows that different blocked isocyanate curing agents influence the curing temperature and storage stability of cathodic electrophoretic coatings. In this paper, a blocked isocyanate curing agent is prepared with HDI, TMP and methylketoxime as the main raw materials. The cathodic electrophoretic coatings prepared by using the blocked isocyanate curing agent has low curing temperature and good storage stability.
