摘　　要：以甲基丙烯酸甲酯为硬单体,丙烯酸正丁酯为软单体,甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为功能单体,制备了一系列羟基丙烯酸乳液。研究了单体配比、酸值和羟值对羟基丙烯酸乳液性能及固化成膜性能的影响,获得了比较可靠的工艺参数。With methyl methacrylate as hard monomer and n-butyl acrylate as soft monomer, hydroxyethyl methacrylate as functional monomer, a series of hydroxyl acrylic emulsions are prepared, and the effects of monomer ratio, acid value and hydroxyl value on the properties of hydroxyl acrylic emulsion and cured film are studied. Reliable technological parameters are obtained.
