马克思恩格斯生态伦理思想及其时代启示——兼论反思新冠肺炎疫情引发的生态问题

摘　　要：马克思恩格斯的生态伦理思想主张人与自然关系的辩证统一,并且从社会制度视角剖析、批判了当时资本主义社会的生态问题。马克思恩格斯生态伦理思想的理论价值在于,分析生态问题,不能停留于微观层面的个体道德或文化素质分析,更要从制度、机制、教育观念等宏观层面展开深层次的分析。就此而言,在对反映当代国人与自然之间存在生态伦理问题的新冠肺炎疫情进行反思时,就不能止步于对那些从事交易、食用野生动物行为的个体进行道德谴责和法律惩戒,更要从制度、机制、教育等宏观层面追溯疫病爆发的深层次原因,并据此提出管长远、管根本的制度治理措施以及从机制、教育、意识形态工作等层面综合施策、协同治理,从源头上预防重大疫情的产生。It is acknowledged that Marx and Engels Thoughts of Ecological Ethics advocates the dialectics and unification relations between human and nature,and it carries out related analysis and critics on the ecological problems of the capitalist society during that period from the angle of social system.Moreover,its theoretical value lies in the fact that the analysis on ecological issues should not remain at the analysis on individual morality or cultural quality at the micro level,but it should reach to the in-depth analysis on the macro level,including system,mechanism,educational concepts and so on.When it comes to this aspect,during the process of the reflection on the COVID-19 epidemic which falls within the scope of ecological and ethical issues reflecting the relationship between contemporary Chinese and nature,we should not stop at conducting moral condemnation and legal punishment on those individuals who are engaged in trading and eating wild animals.It is quite necessary for us to seek for the in-depth causes leading to the outbreak of the epidemic from the aspects of system,mechanism,education,and so on.Based on this,it advisable for us to put forward long-term and fundamental institutional governance measures,as well as carrying out comprehensive policies and coordinated management from the aspects of mechanism,education and ideological work,for the purpose of preventing the emergence of major epidemic situations from the origin.
