摘  要:深水固井作业面临低温、易漏失等难题,常规低密度水泥浆低温条件下浆体流变性能差、早强强度发展缓慢、水泥石强度大幅降低,严重影响固井胶结质量,为此,开发了一种新型生物灰低密度水泥浆体系:根据紧密堆积理论,结合室内研究,配研制了一种新型增强减轻材料生物灰低密度混合材料;同时优选锂盐复合低温早强剂ACL,辅以适当外加剂,形成了密度在1.40~1.60g/cm^3的生物灰低温低密度水泥浆体系。该体系低温下浆体流变性好、失水小、稠化时间可调,水泥浆在50℃养护12h后抗压强度可达6.0MPa,24h抗压强度可达13.9MPa。该体系在渤海BZ34-9油田B11井应用,固井质量良好。The cementing operation in deep water is faced with problems such as low temperature and easy loss.Under the low temperature condition,the conventional low-density cement slurry has poor rheological property,slow development of early strength and greatly reduced cement strength,which seriously affects the cementing quality.Therefore,a novel low density cement slurry system of biological ash was developed.According to the close packing theory and combined with laboratory research,a new kind of reinforced and lightening material,a low density mixed material of biological ash was developed.At the same time,lithium salt compound low temperature early strength agent ACL was optimally selected,supplemented by appropriate admixtures,thus a low temperature and low density cement slurry system of biological ash was formed,with a density of 1.40~1.60g/cm 3.The system has good rheological property,low water loss and adjustable thickening time at low temperature.After curing at 50℃,the compressive strength can reach 6.0MPa after 12h and 13.9MPa after 24h.The system has been applied to well B11 of BZ34-9 oilfield in Bohai Sea,and the cementing quality is good.
