摘  要:为了解气温变暖对不同耐热类型棉花品种生长的影响,采用跟随模式全天增温2℃和增温5℃,在苗期处理高温耐受型棉花品种苏棉16和高温敏感型棉花品种石185,采集株高、茎粗、叶面积和相对叶绿素含量(SPAD值)等指标,利用光谱成像技术监测其光谱特征变化并提取PSSRa(特征色素简单比值指数a)、PSSRb(特征色素简单比值指数b)和PRI(光化学反射系数)、NDWI(归一化差异水体指数)等参数。结果表明,跟随式全天增温2℃对敏感型棉花植株的茎生长具有促进效应,但会抑制叶的生长,而增温5℃则会显著抑制敏感型棉花茎和叶的生长;对耐受型棉花品种,增温2℃和5℃均具有促进作用;PSSRa、PSSRb和PRI、NDWI在耐受型棉花中均显著高于敏感型棉花,表明跟随式增温2℃可以提高耐受型和敏感型棉花品种的叶绿素和含水量;增温5℃耐受型品种能维持正常生长,而敏感型棉花品种叶绿素和含水量则受到显著抑制。To understand the effect of temperature warming on the growth of different kinds of heat resistant cotton varieties,the following model was adopted to increase the temperature by 2℃and 5℃throughout the day.At the seedling stage,Sumian 16,a high temperature tolerant cotton variety,and Shi 185,a high temperature sensitive cotton variety,were treated by collecting plant height,stem diameter,leaf area and relative chlorophyll content(SPAD value)and using spectral imaging technology to monitor the spectral characteristic changes and extract PSSRa(simple ratio index a of characteristic pigments),PSSRb(simple ratio index b of characteristic pigments),PRI(photochemical reflectance Index),NDWI(normalized differential water index)and other parameters.The results show that the following all-day temperature increase of 2℃can promote the stem growth of sensitive cotton plants,but will also inhibit the growth of leaves.The stem and leaf growth of sensitive cotton is significantly inhibited by temperature increase of 5℃,while the temperature increase of both 2℃and 5℃has a promoting effect on tolerant cotton varieties.PSSRa,PSSRb,PRI1 and NDWI of tolerant plants are significantly higher than those of sensitive plants,which indicates that the following increase of temperature by 2℃could improve both the chlorophyll and water content of tolerance and sensitive cotton varieties.However,when increasing the temperature by 5℃,tolerant genotype could maintain normal growth,while the chlorophyll and water content of sensitive genotype are significantly inhibited.
