摘 要:为探讨油菜(Brassica campestris L.)的耐盐碱能力,以“科乐521”、“沣油737”和“陇油9号”的种子和幼苗为试验材料,将NaCl、Na2SO4、NaHCO3和Na2CO34种盐依次按9∶1∶1∶9和1∶1∶9∶9的摩尔比例混合,配成浓度分别为0、10、20、30、40、50mmol/L的混合液,研究了混合盐碱胁迫对3个油菜品种种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,混合盐碱胁迫下,油菜种子发芽率、发芽势、活力指数、发芽指数、胚芽与胚根长度以及油菜幼苗苗高、根长、茎粗、叶面积、叶片叶绿素含量、叶片荧光参数随混合液浓度的升高呈下降趋势。总的来看,混合盐碱胁迫对油菜种子萌发和幼苗生长影响的强弱表现为碱性较高混合盐组>碱性较低混合盐组;3个油菜品种中,“科乐521”耐盐碱能力最强,“沣油737”居中,“陇油9号”最弱。In order to explore the salt-resistance of rape(Brassica campestris L),with seeds and seedlings of Kele 521,Fengyou737 and Longyou 9 as experimental material,four kinds of salt,i.e.NaCl,Na 2SO 4,NaHCO 3 and Na 2CO 3,were mixed in turn in a molar ratio of 9∶1∶1∶9 and 1∶1∶9∶9 in order to form the mixture with concentrations of 0,10,20,30,40 and 50mmol/L,respectively.The effects of mixed saline-alkali stress on seed germination and seedling growth of three rapeseed varieties were studied.The results show that the germination rate,germination potential,activity index,germination index and length of germ and radicle of rape seeds,the seedling height,root length,stem diameter,leaf area,chlorophyll content and fluorescence parameters of rape decrease with the increase of mixture concentration.In general,the effects of mixed saline-alkali stress on seed germination and seedling growth of rapeseed are as follows:the mixed salt group with higher alkalinity>the mixed salt group with lower alkalinity.Mixed salt stress on rape seed germination and seedling growth impact the strength of the order:high alkali group>mixed alkaline low salt groups.Among the three rapeseed varieties,the salinity tolerance of Kele 521 is the strongest,that of Fengyou 737 is in the middle,and that of Longyou 9 is the weakest.
