广西边境涉外拐卖妇女犯罪探究

摘　　要：因为广西独特的地理和社会环境,导致涉外拐卖妇女犯罪活动在广西与越南边境一线尤为突出,进而诱发了广西一系列刑事、民事和治安案件,极大地危害着社会的稳定。分析广西涉外拐卖妇女犯罪的现状、特点、成因以及所面临的困难和问题,进一步提出相应的对策。Due to the unique geographical and social environment in Guangxi,the foreign-related crimes of women abduction and trafficking are particularly rampant along the border between Guangxi and Vietnam,thereby inducing a series of criminal,civil and public security cases which have greatly jeopardized the social stability in Guangxi.This paper analyzes current situations,characteristics,causes and difficulties of the foreign-related crimes of women abduction and trafficking in Guangxi,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
