大数据时代构建贵州汽车租赁业生态链发展研究

摘　　要：通过分析当前我国汽车租赁行业政策法规现状,租赁行业市场规模情况,以及国内租车行业巨头的经营情况,提出汽车租赁行业发展过程中存在的问题,深入研究我国汽车租赁行业的主要经营模式和各自的特点,结合贵州省大数据发展战略的顶层框架设计,在汽车租赁行业管控服务工作中所做的探索和尝试,提出加快汽车租赁产业生态链建设发展的构想和方向。This paper analyses current policies and regulations on car-rental business,its market size and the car-rental magnates’ business conditions in China,then puts forward the existing problems in the development of this business.Through thoroughly studying the main business patterns and respective characteristics of the car-rental business in China,combining with the top-level framework design of the big data development strategy in Guizhou province as well as the explorations and attempts made in the management and control service work of the car-rental business,we attempt to put forward the ideas and direction for accelarating the eco-chain construction and development of the car-rental business.
