基于情报学理论的公安教育大数据运用初探

摘　　要：如今大数据正在实现人类工作、生活与思维的巨大变化,并且已经扩大到各个领域,公安教育领域也不例外,大数据成为公安教育系统创新和变革的巨大推动力。通过公安教育大数据可以高效、实时地评估学生学业进展,预测其未来表现,找出潜在问题。这样的方式强化了教学与学习之间的关系,使教师和学校能够创造适合每个学生教育机会。关联理论、监控理论、用户画像理论、情报流程理论等都属于情报学理论,运用这些信息科学理论,结合情报特性中的情报预警、情报预测、情报共享、情报监控、数据可视化等,能够在庞大的公安教育数据中精准、快速地抽象出用户行为习惯,包括学生的学习习惯、教师的工作轨迹、学校的发展轨迹,对学生进行学业诊断和学习预警,服务教师的科研和工作规划。Big data is now bringing tremendous changes to people’s work,life and thinking,expanding to various fields including public security education,and becoming a huge driving force for innovation and change in the public security education system.Application of big data in public security education can help to evaluate students’ academic progress in an efficient and real-time manner,predict their future performance,and identify potential problems.This approach can reinforce the relationship between teaching and learning,enabling teachers and schools to create educational opportunities appropriate to each student.Relevance theory,monitor theory,user portrait theory,and intelligence process theory all belong to theories of information science.To apply these theories by combining with intelligence characteristics such as intelligence early warning,intelligence prediction,intelligence sharing,intelligence monitoring,data visualization,etc.,can accurately and quickly abstract the behavior habits of the users from the vast amount data related to public security education,including a student’s learning habits,a teacher’s working track,and a school’s development track,so as to conduct academic diagnosis and provide early warning for study of students,and serve teachers’ research and work planning as well.
