疼痛护理在人工全膝关节置换术后康复锻炼中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨规范化疼痛护理在TKA术后康复训练中的应用效果。方法:将80名TKA患者分为两组,康复训练期间对照组行常规疼痛干预,实验组行规范化疼痛护理,对两组康复训练后膝关节功能优良率进行对比。结果:实验组膝关节功能优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:规范化疼痛护理在TKA术后康复训练中的应用效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of standardized pain nursing in rehabilitation training after TKA.Methods:80 patients with TKA were divided into two groups.During the rehabilitation training,the control group received routine pain intervention and the experimental group received standardized pain care.Results:The excellent and good rate of knee function in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized pain nursing has a significant effect in the rehabilitation training after TKA,which is worth popularizing.
