摘　　要：妇幼病毒性疾病包括呼吸道病毒感染、手足口病、新生儿宫内感染、轮状病毒性肠炎、艾滋病、嗜上皮性病毒的宫颈癌等,这些疾病严重影响了妇女儿童的身体健康。维生素D具有免疫调节、抗病毒和促进骨骼健康等作用。本文综述了维生素D与部分妇幼病毒性疾病的相关临床研究进展,为进一步验证维生素D对预防妇幼病毒性疾病的作用提供依据。Maternal and children’s viral diseases include respiratory tract virus infection,hand-foot-mouth disease,neonatal intrauterine infection,rotavirus enteritis,acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS),epithelial virus of cervical cancer and so on.These diseases seriously affect the health of women and children.Vitamin D has the function of immune regulation,anti-virus and promoting bone health.This paper reviewed the progress of clinical research on vitamin D and some viral diseases in women and children,providing evidence for further verification of the role of vitamin D in the prevention of viral diseases in women and children.
