云南省黄精产业发展存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：目的通过调查研究,探索云南省黄精产业在发展中存在的问题,为相关政策的制定和实施提供参考。方法采用查阅文献、实地调查和数据分析相结合的方法,研究了云南省各黄精产区实际生产情况。结果云南省黄精产业在资源、种植、加工、市场、平台建设等多个环节都存在一些问题。其后,分别从黄精产业的内涵、资源状况、优势条件、制约因素等方面探讨和研究了解决这些问题的对策。结论对黄精进行规范化种植、充分利用根、茎、叶、花、果实等资源、开发功效确切的系列大健康产品是解决云南省黄精产业发展问题的最佳手段。Objective To explore the problems existing in the Polygonatum sibiricum industry of Yunnan Province,and to provide reference for the formulation and implementation of relevant policies.Methods The actual situation of Polygonatum sibiricum industry in Yunnan Province was studied through literature review,field investigation and data analysis.Results It was found there were some problems in many aspects of Polygonatum sibiricum industry in Yunnan Province,such as resources,planting,processing,marketing and platform construction.Then,from the perspective of connotation,resources,advantages and constraints of this industry,the countermeasures to solve these problemswere discussed.Conclusion Standardized cultivation of Polygonatu sibiricum and full use of its root,stems,leaves,flowers and fruits to develop a series of healthy productswith good efficacy are the best means to solve the problems of Polygonatum sibiricum industry in Yunnan Province.
